Business Policies
Clear terms for both Crownline Logistics and Fab Cleaning Co., so there are no surprises before, during, or after a job.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- $75 minimum charge applies to all moving jobs, regardless of size
- 24+ hours notice: full refund, no fee, free reschedule
- Less than 24 hours notice: deposit forfeited, or a fee applied if no deposit was taken
- No-show, or cancellation after the crew has arrived: 50% of the estimated job cost
Deposits
Fab Cleaning Co.
No deposit for standard or recurring cleanings. $50 flat for move-in/move-out jobs, applied to the final bill.
Crownline Logistics
No deposit for local NYC moves. $100 flat for NYC ↔ NJ moves, applied to the final bill.
Payment Methods
Card, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo. We don't accept cash.
Damage Policy
Report any damage within 24 hours of the job. We'll assess it and work out a fair resolution — repair, replacement, or partial refund. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly prepared by the customer.
What We Don't Handle
- Items over 300 lbs without prior arrangement
- Pianos, organs, safes, jukeboxes, pool tables, aquariums, trampolines
- Anything requiring hoisting through a window or over a balcony
- Hazardous materials or biohazard cleanup
